• Lifetime Service Ribbon - The Lifetime Service Ribbon is awarded to any United Federation Starfleet Member who completed 1 year of 'Honorable and Faithful' service. This implies that a standard duty was completed without transfer to Sector 99. In the event of a prolonged LOA or transfer to Sector 99, the time will be reset. Addition of award to Service Jacket must be requested by member through the Service Jacket Update Request form after the completion of period of eligibility.

• Honor Guard Ribbon - Presented to those in Honor Guard who have been active members once a month for at least 6 Months within sector 001 or who are members of the Honor Guard during UFS Summits and Conferences. Member should contact Honor Guard CO to claim the award. You can only wear this ribbon if you are an active Honor Guard

• Silver Service Award - Presented to members who have been in leadership position for at least 1 year. Addition of award to Service Jacket must be requested by member through the Service Jacket Update Request form after the completion of period of eligibility.

• Gold Service Award - Presented to members who have been in a leadership position for at least 2 years. Addition of award to Service Jacket must be requested by member through the Service Jacket Update Request form after the completion of period of eligibility for verification before the granting of the award.

• Platinum Service Ribbon - Presented to members who have been in a leadership position for 5 years.
• Dilithium Service Award - Presented to members who have been in a leadership position for 10 years.
• Good Conduct - The UF Starfleet Good Conduct Ribbon is awarded to active UF Starfleet members who complete 2 consecutive years of "Honorable and faithful" service to United Federation Starfleet. Such service implies act in a manner befitting a starfleet officer. Professionalism and dedication to UFS ideals are paramount. If a member commits an offence, the 2 year mark is reset and the member must perform an additional 2 years of service without having to be disciplined before the ribbon may be authorized.

• UF Starfleet Extended Tour Ribbon -The UF Starfleet Extended Tour Ribbon is awarded to active UF Starfleet members who completed at least 12 months on the same duty assignment. This needs to be in a Sector or Fleet Position

• Command Certification Ribbon - Taken all steps needed to be a Chapter Commanding Officer
• Plank Owner Ribbon - Was part of a crew that started a chapter (Note you have the be part of the ship before and during it commissioning.
