Criteria

Named after Enterprises' Transporter Chief and eventual Chief of Operations aboard DS9. This award is given to the enlisted crewmember who most clearly exemplifies what UFS stands for, showing outstanding leadership through word and action, consistent and appropriate conduct, and a willingness to help others in accordance with the philosophy of Starfleet. Members have been active for at least one year.
