The Tau Sector (catalogue reference 002Q) is a sector of space in the Delta Quadrant. It is located in Sector Block Delta 09 on the fringes of Krenim Imperium space and contains part of a huge class-1 nebula. The sector lies rimward of Pinastri and was first explored by the USS Voyager. A full list of astronomical objects in the sector follows:
