Biography
|
Born and raised in the community surrounding the Utopia Planitia ship yard, Moon grew up dreaming of joining Starfleet and building starships. The son of a lawyer and a teacher, Moon never realized how much his father’s career influenced him until after he had joined Starfleet and discovered that he found a greater enjoyment from teaching future cadets then he could designing and building starships. It was at Starfleet academy that Moonprince first met what became the love of his life, Kinney Randt.
However the desire to design grabbed hold again and for a time Moon worked as a leader in the UFS Research and Development division designing all manner of items. Moon was very happy there for a time until one day an experimental phaser that Moon had designed overloaded killing one of his team members. Moon took this very hard and after much soul searching retired from active duty on stardate 090804.
Still the desire to create was in Moon so while he was using the Holodeck to test some modifications to the academy training ship Veracruz he was accidently transported back in time to the missing Shogun. At a loss on how to return Moon back to his own time, Commander Bechir has reactivated Moon's commission and assigned him to the Shogun's engineering department.
