Biography
While the origins of Tai are unknown, as are a good majority of his family and friends, Tai has already made a bit of a name for himself as a quick-thinking sharpshooter and mercenary with a fondness for firearms and getting the job done. Despite his reputation, Tai is quite friendly and approachable, but Starfleet has noted his stubborn nature, his tendency to act before he thinks and his headstrong attitude. He is also not adverse to violence so long as he is able to achieve his goals. A strong opposition to what we know of the Canian species in general. When questioned on this, Tai has only responded that he does what he feels right in his heart, whether it's to protect the things he cares about, or to make a little money on the side. Upon questioning, Tai was also noted for being carefree, he seems to care little for what goes on around him unless he is provoked, questioned on his loyalties, or, as noted above when he is faced with a large threat. Starfleet has noted his service with BluShock when the crew of the USS Atlas came into contact with them. His proficiency with firearms and drone technology is noted. however, it seems when he was a part of BluShock, he claimed to have a different name for his species, and his origin differed from what he has provided to us. When questioned on this discrepancy regarding his past, Tai simply noted that it would have been better not to elaborate on the truth, and that he was happier starting over since he was 'far from home'. Presumably, he means far from his original place of birth, but he did not elaborate further. The only truth of his past he had kept was the identity of his brother, whom he noted he had a very close bond with. Questioning was ended soon after. We do not believe Tai has any malicious intent, seeking to wish to help keep peace in the galaxy, however, his lifestyle and the way he handles problems may prove to be a concern for Tai should he officially enter service.
