Description

The Medical Training Officer is a general Officer within the UF Starfleet Medical Residency Program. The Medical Training Officer is responsible for conducting medical training sessions for UFS Medical Interns assigned to the UF Starfleet Medical Residency Program. This billet is housed at UFS Medical HQ and reports to the Director and Vice Director of UF Starfleet Medical Residency.

Tasks

  • Respond to monthly roll call
  • Record logs on forum
  • Attend branch and division meetings
  • Provides accurate reporting to Command
  • Communicate with UFSA cadets and provide practical training.
  • Communicate with Medical Interns and provide advanced medical training.

Mandatory

  • Observe cadet exam
  • Sickbay tour
  • Lecture on confidentiality professionalism, and opportunities in medical branch.
  • Medical equipment demonstration.
  • Experience maintaining medical records
  • Experience writing medical training simulations
  • Practical Exam
  • Sim Training - 4 Hours minimum
