Condo information

All condos available are fully furnished for your comfort, and offer two floors of living space along with fantastic views of the region and/or of space (depending on location). A television screen is also provided, giving you the ability to watch streaming video (i.e. movie nights) from the comfort of your very own condo. If you have a request for a specific video or movie to be played, please contact Cordova Marabana.

Your fee also grants you the ability to rez some prims, so you can add your own personal touch to your condo throughout your rental. Your prim allotment will vary with the condo size and rental fee. Please see the Conditions Of Use section for information on what items are NOT permitted.

The interior of every condo is stored within a rezzer, which will automatically de-rez after 30 minutes. The rezzer time can be extended by an additional 30 minutes, upon approval, by sending a request to cyril Barthelmess. Please note that our Infrastructure and Sim Design team of Cyril Barthelmess and Jojo57 Jonson reserves the right to modify each rezzer without prior notice for correcting bugs or design improvement.
