The Director of Staff Development is responsible for monitoring and developing procedures for the Academy teaching Faculty.
Responsibilities
- Selecting and Training new Staff Development Expert
- Reviewing and updating the class [Instructor Training]
- Teaching the class [Instructor Training]
- Attendance of official UFS Academy functions is mandatory!
