The Diplomatic Strategist is a position within Strategic Operations responsible for maintaining relations with newly discovered species and allies. Required to work closely with the UFS Fleet on a regular basis, they will report any new races or society's encountered to UFS Fleet Command. Some examples of duties for this officer include receiving information pertaining to races or society's, ensuring they are in the proper format. This individual is appointed to their position exclusively by the authority of the Chief of UF Starfleet Operations.

• Knowledge of First Contact Procedures

• Ability to acquire allies

• Regular contact with UFS Ships and Stations

• Reporting to UFS Fleet Command
