General
- The Vice Division Head or Vice Director of Personnel is an administrative post that oversees those Department functions under their authority.
- The Vice Director of Personnel is an Executive Officer position responsible to the Director and all functions when the Director is absent. This position requires regular time to assist the Director in keep the Division running accurately and smoothly.
- The Vice Director of Personnel reports directly to the Director of Personnel.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining concise and complete biographical database of the membership and all Personnel-related matters.
- To ensure, through Personnel Officers, the immediate management of creation & updates of service jackets, transfers, assignments, terminations,etc. applying in an efficient and timely process.
