• The Deputy Division Head of Personnel is an administrative post that oversees those Department functions under their authority.

• The Deputy Division Head of Personnel is a responsible position that requires regular time to keep the Division running smoothly and recruiting, including having activities for the Division as well as insuring their Department is proforming well.

• The Deputy Division Head of Personnel reports directly to the Director of UFS Personnel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining concise and complete biographical database of the membership and all Personnel-related matters.

• To ensure, through Personnel Officers and Specialists, the immediate management of transfers, assignments, terminations, creation & updates of service jackets, etc. applying an efficient process.
