The Christopher Pike Medal of Valor is for Exceptional Leadership, Given to those in command who have gone more than above and beyond in thier positions, striving to lead by example and creating an environment that welcomes and facilities all members.
Background
This Award replaced the Meritorius service medal in late 2384
