Marine installation located on Pinastri V. Constructed in 2383 and became the headquarters and primary training facility for the 1st Delta Quadrant Division on 080115. On 080312 the installation is destroyed by severe earthquakes. On 080420 the facility is rebuilt and on 080510 is renamed Camp Casey
